Payments are processed instantly. Airtime, data and electricity tokens usually land within seconds, and every payment gets a receipt you can revisit in the app.

Your account comes with its own account number. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank and your wallet is credited, then you can spend it anywhere in the app.

If a payment does not deliver, the amount is returned to your wallet. If anything looks stuck, contact support and we will trace it for you.

Your account has to be verified with both your NIN and your BVN first, because partners are paid real money. Then sign in at partners.paymonetra.com with the same email or phone and password you use in the app, choose your code, and you are active straight away. There are three levels and your share rises as more of your customers actively use the app: 10 percent at Starter, 12.5 percent at Pro from 51 active customers, and 15 percent at Elite from 251. The share is taken from what Paymonetra earns on each transaction. See the full breakdown

Somebody you introduced who actually transacted in the last thirty days. Signups that never use the app do not count toward your level. Levels are recalculated on the first of each month, so your rate cannot drop in the middle of a month you are already working.

You get NGN 50 as soon as they finish verification, before they have transacted at all. Beyond that, commission only comes from real transactions, so a signup that never uses Paymonetra earns nothing further.

No. They pay exactly the same price as anyone else. Your share comes out of what Paymonetra earns on the transaction, never out of what your customer pays.

Commission is held for seven days after it is earned, which covers reversals, then it becomes available. Move it into your Paymonetra wallet from the dashboard whenever you like: it is instant, nothing is deducted, and the smallest amount you can move is NGN 100. From your wallet you can spend it in the app or withdraw it to your bank exactly as you normally would.

Yes. The code already on your account becomes your partner code, so every link, flyer and message you have already handed out keeps working and keeps crediting you.

Your data is encrypted, access is protected with biometrics or your PIN, and every transaction is confirmed with your PIN before it goes through.

You can reset your PIN from inside the app using a secure verification step. If you get stuck, contact support and we will help you recover access.
